CAMPOS held a one-day Leadership Institute for CAMPOS Faculty Scholars on March 18, 2016. This event continued discussions on leadership that started during the Summer Leadership Institute from August 20-21, 2015. CAMPOS Faculty Scholars learned how to use the Myers-Briggs Inventory as a leadership, management, and team building tool, discussed how to become leaders in their fields by building their academic portfolios, and created a vision for CAMPOS as a research center.
