Workshop Summary
This is the 11th annual workshop for the National Science Foundation (NSF) ADVANCE Program which strives to increase the representation and advancement of women in academic science and engineering careers, thereby contributing to the development of a more diverse scientific workforce. Each year, ADVANCE Grant PIs and their team members gather in Washington, DC to discuss, present, network, and leverage knowledge.
