UC Davis ADVANCE members have recently been recognized with awards and in the news for their incredible talents and research.

Grant to speed Ebola drug production awarded to UC Davis Team
Karen McDonald and Raymond Rodriguez are members of the UC Davis Team that was awarded a rapid-response grant from the National Science Foundation to explore ways to speed Ebola drug production.

Lynne A. Isbell wins the W.W. Howells Book Prize
Congratulations to Lynne A. Isbell on winning the prestigious 2014 W.W. Howells Book Prize from the Biological Anthropology Section of the American Anthropological Association, for her volume “The Fruit, the Tree and the Serpent: Why We See So Well.”
